Quote of the Week In honor of May 4th… "Do or do not… there is no try" - Yoda

Article of the week https://simonpaulsutton.medium.com/am-i-hunting-antelope-or-field-mice-6dad5c764020 The article explores the concept of focusing on big goals versus small tasks in achieving success. The author uses the analogy of hunting antelopes versus field mice, where antelopes represent big goals and field mice represent small tasks. The author argues that while field mice may be easier to catch and provide immediate gratification, hunting antelopes is more fulfilling and leads to greater success in the long run. I love this analogy because I see so many people "hunting field mice" and then at the end of the year wondering what they accomplished. If we want to achieve something big, and look back on our year, career, life, etc. we need to step out of our comfortable zone and hunt antelopes. The reward is just so much greater.

Content of the Week "If you knew you would die in 10 years, what would you do today?" My guess is that you wouldn't be hunting field mice, but rather antelopes!

Big Thought(s) of the Week Are you hunting field mice or antelope? In other words, are you letting small tasks distract you from your big goals? Anturas Community Accomplishment One of our community members just closed funding on their start up and was promoted to the leadership team at their full-time job. Two huge wins! Congratulations!!
