Quote of the Week: "The myth is that there isn't enough time. There is plenty of time. There isn't enough focus with the time you have. You win by directing your attention toward better things." - James Clear

Content of the Week: This morning was a great morning Now that I'm back in Montana it's starting to feel like summer!! Yesterday, I took my first water ski of the year! While the water is still freezing, it gave me the opportunity to combine my cold exposure with a fun activity. This reminded me that it's a lot easier to do hard things when you're having fun. Give it a try! Change something you "have" to do (e.g., running on a treadmill), into something you like to do (e.g., playing pickleball).

Article of the Week: The Most Important Thing In Your Life In this article by Mark Manson, he challenges the reader to measure major decisions not in months or years, but in decades. By doing this, you won't get sucked into the latest "fad," but instead, you'll start building healthy habits and systems which will compound and serve you for years to come. Big Question(s) of the Week: Are you optimizing anything for the short-term? Would your actions change if you were optimizing for the long-term? If so, which set of actions is more beneficial? Photos of the Week: Big shoutout to everyone that made the last couple weeks in France so memorable.
