Quote of the Week: "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." - George Bernard Shaw Content of the Week:

Between ChatGPT, "The 4 Hour Work Week," and the 1,000s of productivity apps, we live in a world where efficiency is the gold standard. We try so hard to reduce the amount of time spent on this activity, multitasking on the next, and learning every excel shortcut so that we can end the day faster. Yet we barely spend any time determining what we are going to replace that free time with.
We've stopped asking ourselves questions like: What do I like to do? What do I want my days to look like? What activities make me happy? Since we don't ask these questions, we start filling our time with easy options like Netflix, Instagram, and the local bar. I'm not saying any of these are bad options, but wouldn't it be worth it to quickly take stock and ask ourselves, "are these our most high value activities," especially considering how hard we fight to free up time for them. Big Questions of the Week: What is your "go to" activity? Does it make you happy? Are there better alternatives? Challenge of the Week: Take a moment this week to evaluate where your hard earned free time is going and whether it aligns with your values.

Photo of the Week: One thing my mom has taught me is that there is always time to smile!! Even when the time is squeezed between doctor's appointments and rehabilitation sessions. I hope everyone is smiling going into the weekend.
Till next week, be kind, be curious and work hard. Tanner
