Health Is Our Foundation

Hello everyone! I haven't written the newsletter for the last couple of weeks because unfortunately my mom had a really terrible accident. I put work on pause and have been with her in the hospital every day. I really appreciate everyone who has sent me messages and has been keeping my mom in their thoughts and prayers. As she continues to get better, I am slowly going to get back into the swing of work. With that said, the Anturas Newsletter is back. Today is going to be a little different than usual because I'd like to focus on some of my own thoughts from the last few weeks. At Anturas Coaching, we talk a lot about four categories: health, experiences, relationships and wealth. Every quarter, I have each client select two categories they would like to focus on and we set specific goals to better those categories. Over the last couple of weeks I've realized two things:
I am missing a category: Purpose
Health is the foundation for every category
Without health, we have nothing. We can't serve our purpose. We can't experience the joys of life. We can't embrace our relationships. We can’t become more wealthy. It is the foundation for everything that we do. As the foundation, I've implemented a new rule with my clients. Each quarter, you must set a health goal. It could be anything from taking a vitamin every day to implementing a workout program. My health goal for this quarter is no alcohol. I found that during this traumatic time, I was using alcohol as a crutch and as a result, I am going to take a break. I'll keep you posted on my progress and insights.

Challenge of the Week: Set a health goal for the rest of the quarter and share it with me! Big Questions of the Week: On a scale from 1-10, how healthy are you? What would you like that number to be? What's the biggest thing standing in the way of achieving that number?
Quote of the Week: "Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live in." — Jim Rohn

Photo of the Week: Hucky did amazing on her 36 hour road trip back to New York! She was smiling and napping the whole way home :) Shoutout to Kel and Kristin for making the drive! Till next week, be kind, be curious and work hard. Tanner
