The Change Formula: Dissatisfaction + Vision + First Steps > Resistance
There are three important aspects a person needs in order to change.
1. Dissatisfaction: Be fed up with their current situation and willing to search for alternatives 2. Vision: Have a clear view of a preferred future that gives them direction 3. First Steps: Concrete steps that can be taken towards a vision

The cumulation of these factors needs to be greater than resistance. The tricky thing about resistance is that it comes in many forms. It might be family pressure. It might be monetary pressure. It might just be "you don't have enough time." Whatever the resistance is, your dissatisfaction and vision need to outweigh what's standing in the way. So if you want to change something, what can you do? The first thing you can do is define your vision. Paint a picture in your head of where you want to be. The clearer the vision is, the stronger your desire will be to achieve it, and the easier it will be to outline first steps. If you don't know where to start, I'm always happy to jump on a call. Big Questions of the Week: What are you trying to change? Do you have all three elements to get there? Challenge of the Week: Write down your preferred future. Make it detailed and make it exciting!

Photo of the Week: Last weekend Huckleberry was able to run around with her best friend, Mac. Their pure joy always puts a smile on my face and I hope it does the same for you! Till next week, be kind, be curious and work hard. Tanner
