Life is simple, and the simple thing is the right thing.” - Oscar Wilde Content of the Week: With all the information and tools available today, it's natural to jump from one book, app, diet, etc. to the next to become more productive, happier, and healthier. Unfortunately this typically leads to a lack of consistency and unneeded complexity. Often times the most powerful adjustments are the simplest ones.

For example, if your phone is next to you while you work, you are likely to get distracted. If you snooze your alarm clock, that rushed feeling will carry into the day. If you don't exercise and eat clean, you'll lack energy.


Many of us are on the hunt for the perfect system or answer, when most of the time, the simple and most effective answer is staring us in the face. Next time you have a problem, try and find the simplest solution that you can do over a long period of time. Simplicity plus consistency is the key to lasting change.
